We source this extraordinary quark from a local creamery right here in Wisconsin. This European style cottage cheese that looks like yogurt is used to make cheesecakes or other fine desserts. Can also be mixed with chives and spread on a good rye bread!

This is the best Quark you can get.
I am from Germany and used all the time for baking and spreads!

I ordered traditional German Quark, I kept it in the fridge 2 days to get thawed does not have a good taste and consistensie is also not like I expected ,very dissapointed !!!
