Do you have a real store? Do you make your own sausage?

Yes, all of our sausage is made right here in our Madison, Wisconsin plant! We have a beautiful German style chalet that houses our retail store & attached production plant; if you are in the Madison area, we'd love to have you stop in!

Are you just another online warehouse?

No, we are not a warehouse. We are a real, live, USDA inspected production plant and retail store. We do not believe in stockpiling or warehousing our products as other sausage manufacturers and online stores frequently do.

We want to ensure quality and freshness in every product we offer. We firmly believe that proper attention to detail helps ensure that every customer gets a great product. 

Do you take phone orders?

We no longer take orders over the phone. Please use our website or stop in-store to shop with us!
