This is an old-time favorite! Very lean beef and natural spices stuffed into a natural casing, then natural hickory smoked. let it hang in a cool place or let lay loose in the refrigerator. This sausage will age naturally-as hard as you like it-this allows the great seasonings and spices to come full flavor! This is a Very lean sausage. You're gonna love it! 1 to 1.25 lbs.

This can also be considered a Mettwurst. Hand and dry! The best!!

Love this summer sausage! Much better flavor and texture than the usual grocery store brands. It is great value for money, The casing can be left on or peeled off.

I'm reordering 3 more before the first 3 I ordered are finished. It is so good. The best I've had in 50 years. So lean and lightly smoked. The best part is this doesn't leave that repulsive fatty coating in the mouth. Great product. So happy I found this.

This simply may be the best summer sausage I have ever had. No fillers or tallow to coat your tongue or roof of your mouth, YUCK. Simply perfect!!!

Firm, ideally spiced, no water, no filler pure beef in a natural casing. What could be better? Get several and hang up for a month or so! Great on braun brod mit aged cheddar.
