I agree that this is the best ham salad I've ever had. Ham salad is hard to find in the USA. First time I ever had it was as a child on a military base in Crailsheim Germany. It tastes similar to this. The german cook must have used this recipe or one simread more

This is absolutely the best ham salad I have ever had. I assume all the schipsels from the butcher shop go into the salad - what better a source of raw material could you have! One tub will not be enough - I order four at a time!
