1st time I've tried this cheese as a recommendation from one of the employee's. Excellent flavor, quite pungent, great with a good pumpernickel bread. Thanks Bavaria! Only place I know of to get my fix of great flavorful aromatic cheeses. Bon Appetit!

Excellent cheese, love it but then I have always preferred a good stinky cheese.
I don't know why I assumed it would be sliced, I received a 1 pound chunk, still great cheese just a pain to cut.
