First off I've never had course ground liver sausage before. The texture is different then the normal pate styled liver sausage but the flavor of this stuff is incredible! It will be on my to buy list from now on.

I love it! In 27 years I tasted real good kalbsleberwurst. Grobe or coarse it is but it isnt leberwurst it is calf liver sausage as we call that in germany. Real liver sausage is gray looking.
But nevertheless I will buy again because it is VERY good!

I have not had a great tasting liverwurst like this in a very long time. Tasts just like the ones you can buy in Germany
I should have bought more then two ! Next time I know better when I order
