Ordered this assortment together with some other cold cuts and liverwurst. Everything tast great. Received also Leberkase for frying simply fantastic , perfect thickness and texture. Love it

The flavor of the meat is good however it was all sliced way to think. In Germany when they slice the Aufschnitt it half the thickness. Everything that I have ordered in my last twe shipments all has great flavor

Meat: The flavor and texture of the mixed meats (cold cuts)are PERFECT!
Felt like back home in Bavaria at the local butcher shop when I/We "dined" with a fresh baked, crisp, local baked Bavarian Semmel (ROLL)!
I ordered one pound to feel it out and it will be on my next order again!
At -2F watching NASCAR and having Richter's Rollmops and Emmentaler, both Imports with Weihenstephaner Bier - it doesn't get better then that, till football starts again - go Packers!
