Approx. 2 lbs. of mild cured,smoked and fully cooked kassler ripchen (smoked pork chops).  - Also comes with a package of our German mild  kraut and a box of Bavaria's choice of German potatoes.. All you provide is your beer! The chops can just be steamed in the kraut or lightly cooked on the grill or baked in the oven.
