Lean milk fed veal cutlets, hand pounded and ready to bread and fry. Very tender. NOT BREADED. Serve with rosti potatoes or a good German potato salad. NOTICE! ! OVERNIGHT SHIPPING DURING THE WARMER MONTHS!

Unbreaded Avg 2/3 to 3/4 lbs. Contains 4 to 6 pcs. Use your own favorite spices & seasonings for your breading and enjoy the delicious taste and tenderness in every bite!

 

Veal or Pork Recipe:

4 veal or pork steaks (boneless)

Salt and pepper

Flour

1 egg beaten with one tablespoon of milk

1 ½ cups of bread crumbs

3 to 4 tbsp oil

Lemon Wedges if you like

Beat steaks until thin (if you buy ours they are ready to go) and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Dip into flour, then egg mixture, and finally, bread crumbs. Fry in oil until brown on both sides. Put lemon wedges on top of schnitzels when finished. Serve with potato salad and a nice green salad.
