Schinkenspeck Heavily Smoked Chunk

This is a 1 lb chunk of heavily smoked ham. A Black Forst Schinken. This ham is excellent & special, and is made from Traditional recipes. This ham takes several months to  make and finish. This is a very heavy smoked ham, that needs to be sliced very thin & eaten on good rye bread or a good German brotchen!
