ROULADEN NOT FILLED

I JUST RECEIVED MY ORDER AND COOKED THEM ON SUNDAY,FOUND THAT THEY WERE CUT TO THIN ,SO NO NEED FOR LONG COOKING BUT THE BACON WAS NOT DONE ON THE INSIDE, THE MEAT TASTED OK JUST NEEDED TO BE TWICE THE THICKNES,THEY WERE CHILD PORTIONS

Almost like my own without the mess. need to add some mustard on the inside and it would be perfect!

We ordered the stuffed rouladen, seared them on two sides in a frying pan, added 1 cup of water and 1 cup of beef broth, let simmer/light boil for an hour. The taste and texture was excellent.
