A robust Red Lager Beer Brat that our customers and retailers have proclaimed all year round as"one of a kind!" We offer them precooked and ready for the grill. Precooked brats do not require par-boiling and are ready for the grill or frying pan!

These beer brats are made from very lean beef , pork, beer and natural spices. Super robust! Taste the meat and spice and not chemicals. The pre-cooked brats will not shrink when put on the grill. the 6lb boxes are 5 to the lb. approx 27-30 per box. The 10lb boxes have the big 4 to the lb brats. Approx 38-40 per box. DO not puncture with a fork.

Ingredients : pork , beef, water, calcium reduced dry skim milk, salt, beer, corn syrup solids, natural spices

Ordered this beer brat and the rost bratwurst the first time and both are very tasty. BUT they have a very strong casing which is tough to cut and to bite. I am from Germany and I am use that the casing is thin and crispy after frying . sadly not the caread more
