Pfefferjäger is an exceptionally flavored Landjager made with Brazillian red and green peppers - spicy, but not hot! Does not require refrigeration if kept in a cool & dry spot! Perfect for any outdoor activities! When opened let lay loose to age or hang on a hanger in a cool dry place to age. These can be frozen. Will age slower in the fridge. Never put in a plastic bag, they will mold. Gluten Free!
