Ham Sulze

This has a definite dill pickle flavor which caught me off guard as the sulze I remember was full of garlic and vinegar and without pickles. I never thought to add garlic to this. This is a good product with lots of ham. It's just another recipe that I'veread more never had before.

I never tried this style before but it was great! Poured a little vinegar on thinner slices and it was awesome.
