If you are planning on ordering for the holidays, please remember to ORDER EARLY.PLEASE ORDER EARLY!! ORDERS SHOULD BE IN BEFORE DEC. 13th TO ARRIVE BEFORE CHRISTMAS. No promises. Storms are already putting us behind. All orders that come in after that will be done in the order they arriived as time allows. We do the best we can with the volume we receive. We will ship right up to Christmas and right after Christmas. Remember we are a small family business.When we can't ship anymore because of Holiday back ups and lack of time, we will hold orders untill the next available ship date.Between Christmas and New Year. Order Early This really helps to avoid shortages and last minute pile ups do to weather and volume. With only 3 weeks for delivery and the volume we receive during the month of December, We will ship when orders come in, not always by the date specified to arrive by. UPS and Fed Ex, have black out weeks because they get so busy. They will NOT stand behind the 2-day air guarantee, only overnight shipping.We also can't be responsible for products that spoil due to weather related delays. (Mother Nature) We always do our best to get all orders out, but to avoid problems we STRESS to PLEASE order EARLY.
Always remember that winter storms during December can really delay shipping. Orders can get stuck for 3-4 days. Orders coming in last minute may be held untill after the holiday rush is over. All orders that come in last minute will go out the first week in January. We are just a small family business doing the best that we can.
We do not beleive in a "shipping Chart". A chart that charges by how much you spend is either over-charging or under-charging. Example. If you buy a 6lb box of bratwurst for $25.00 And someone else buys a 1 lb. box of Asbach Uralt for $25.00 . I would feel guilty to charge the same shipping charge when one weighs 6lbs. and the other 1 lb. Because of this. We charge by the EXACT weight of the box., plus the 6.95 handling fee .This is the right way to do it, and we can all sleep at night.
REMEMBER- The Christmas items are a once a year item, when we are out, they are gone untill the next year.We also TRY to keep our site updated due to products being sold out, we will try to give you another product of equal or more value- unless specified by you- in the special instructions box on the check out page.
