WE USE SEVERAL CARRIERS : UPS, FED-EX, USPS and SPEEDY DELIVERY. Depending on where you live- we will pick the least expensive method to get your product to you in supreme shape . FedEx Home Delivery ground delivers Monday-Saturday (if Saturday service is available in the shipping area). FedEx Express delivers Monday-Friday. Please Note: FedEx does not deliver and we do not ship on the following 6 holidays: New Years Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day. We ship via USPS, Monday-Saturday. USPS Delivers Monday-Saturday. .

Handling Charges

PLEASE NOTE!! WHEN THERE IS EXCESSIVE HEAT-( 85 and over) ALL PERISHABLE ORDERS WILL BE SHIPPED OVERNIGHT.
ALSO NOTE: SHIPPING IS EXPENSIVE- MAKE YOUR ORDERS BIG ENOUGH TO MAKE THE SHIPPING WORTH IT
We have no hidden costs. We charge a $6.95 handling fee on each order. This fee covers our specially designed styrofoam cooler box, reusable ice packs (when needed) and all other packaging materials and labor.We charge by the EXACT weight of your box and your zip code We have a direct hook-up to UPS, Fed Ex, & Speedy . Our shipping prices come straight out of the computer to you!. Make your order worth it. Shipping and handling costs for SMALL- LIGHT weight perishable orders can cost more than the cost of the merchandise. The more weight the better. Sometimes if you can find 2 people to go in on an order together that makes the shipping much better.

If you place your order on Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday or Monday morning- we will try to ship on Monday, Tueday or Wednesday .If your order is placed Monday aft. or Tuesday we will try to ship that day, or the next. Wednesday orders will be shipped that day or the following Monday, provided we are not out of an item. NOTICE: In the month of DECEMBER- we do our best to get orders out in the order they come in. The volume we handle is huge.Please allow extra time and PLEASE don't wait untill the week of Christmas, ship early- because the shippers get backed up because of the volume in the system. Remember we are shipping food. We do our best to get them all out. We want to make sure your package has plenty of time to arrive at its destination before the weekend.

PLEASE - PLEASE!! ALLOW EXTRA DAYS WHEN PLANNING A PARTY FOR PRODUCT TO ARRIVE- SHIPPING ERRORS and WEATHER CAN DELAY AN ORDER. We do not ship perishables on Thursdays or Fridays unless you want OVERNIGHT. We do not want perishables to sit over a weekend.
In the summer months, your products can defrost on the way to you. Our products are made fresh every week. Just put them in the freezer untill ready to use.
Orders will be shipped on the next available shipping date following receipt of your order, unless a later date is specified. Please allow 1-7 days for arrival.
In General, if you order Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday we do everything possible to get your order out within those days. . .

If you MUST have your order shipped OVERNIGHT please Place your order early in the day as so that we may have time to prepare it prior to the time that the shipper picks up. Saturday deliveries are $10 extra. Not all cities have Saturday deliveries. Please observe this schedule, which ensures all purchases arrive fresh for your enjoyment.

Additional charges apply for shipments to Hawaii and Alaska. Orders shipped to HI and AK will have their shipping fees determined by the weight of the shipment.

Shipping Charges

Individually displayed product prices posted on the website do NOT include shipping or handling charges, which are determined by the total weight of your boxed product and the zip code of your order.

Keep in mind, also, that if you have NO perishable items and want your order to be shipped ground service or USPS, you can alert us to this by placing a note in the comments section of the actual SHOP order form. We try our best to work with you on making the delivery of your products both fresh as possible and economical as well.

Please Note:
To ensure the quality of our fine foods, perishability, distance and weather are all considered, and our orders are shipped FED-EX or UPS ground or 2 Day Air accordingly. We DO NOT use DRY ICE.This is a hazardous material, which the shipping companies would charge 15.00 extra for each box. PLEASE NOTE! IT IS LESS EXPENSIVE TO GO OVERNIGHT THAN TO USE DRY ICE!

We reserve the right to change your shipping choice if perishability has NOT been considered on your end; and in the event that there is any question, we will try to contact you prior to shipping the order. .

Also Please Note: Any address corrections made by UPS or Fed Ex, will be charged back to you. They charge us $5.00 for ground and $10.00 for Air address changes.

THE CHART BELOW IS ONLY A ROUGH ESTIMATE. SHIPPING CHARGES GO BY WEIGHT AND ZIP CODE. OUR COMPUTERS ARE HOOKED UP TO UPS AND FED EX. THIS WAY WE DO NOT HAVE TO GUESS BY A CHART. IF You would like OVERNIGHT it is about $3.00 to $8.00 more than 2 day air.
